Private Mentorship with Chelsea Reinbold

What do you
actually want?

Six months of deeply personalized mentorship for the woman who's ready to stop spending her life trying to figure out what she should do and start creating a life that actually feels like hers.

Apply for Private Mentorship

You don't need another person telling you who to become. You need the space to hear yourself again.

2:13 in the morning
Maybe you know this moment

Your body is exhausted.
Your mind won't shut off.

You're lying in bed thinking about your business. Your relationship. The conversation from earlier. Tomorrow's list. The thing you said yes to that you really didn't want to do.

Maybe you're thinking about the version of your life you thought you'd have by now.

Should I stay?

Should I leave?

Should I finally start the thing?

Am I asking for too much?

Why can't I just make a decision?

What the hell am I even doing?

And somewhere between replaying today's conversations and mentally rehearsing tomorrow, a quieter question starts making its way to the surface.

Not what makes sense. Not what everyone else needs. Not what you should want.

What do I actually want?

Here's the thing

You probably already know a lot about yourself.

You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe you've done therapy, coaching, courses, journaling, meditation, breathwork or years of personal development.

You can probably explain where some of your patterns came from. You may even recognize them while they're happening.

01

You know the pattern.

You know you people-please.

You know you go all in until you're exhausted and then disappear from the very things you said mattered to you.

You know you ask everyone else what they think before trusting what you already feel.

You know you make yourself responsible for how everyone else feels.

You know.

02

And then real life happens.

The text comes through.

The launch doesn't go how you expected.

Someone is disappointed in you.

You have one hard day.

And suddenly the pattern you understand so well is driving the car again.

Because knowing why you do something and being able to choose differently inside the moment are two very different things.

Chelsea Reinbold
This is where things change

Knowing isn't the same as living differently.

Eventually, insight has to become something you can live.

Not only when you're regulated, rested and everything around you is going according to plan.

But in the moments when life gets lifey.

  • When your phone lights up with a request and your first instinct is to say yes before you've even checked in with yourself.
  • When you've made a decision and immediately want five other people to tell you that you made the right one.
  • When one hard day makes you want to throw away the entire plan.
  • When fear starts convincing you that the thing you deeply want is unrealistic, irresponsible or just too much.
  • When the familiar version of you feels safer than the life you're trying to create.

This is where the work stops being something you understand and starts becoming something you embody.

A different kind of support

Not all coaching is the same.

And not every coach is going to meet you in the same way. I'm not here to hand you another checklist for becoming a better version of yourself.

01.

I'll point out the blind spot.

Sometimes we're simply too close to our own patterns to see them clearly. I'll reflect back what I notice, including the things you may be unknowingly explaining away.

02.

I'll hold space for what needs to be processed.

Not everything needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the next step becomes clear only after you've had enough space to feel what's actually there.

03.

I'll challenge you when that's what you need.

When fear starts negotiating you back into the familiar, we'll look at what's actually happening instead of automatically letting it make the decision.

04.

And then we'll create.

The boundaries. The business. The relationship with yourself. The experiences. The mornings. The dreams. The actual life you've spent so much time thinking about.

Sometimes you need to be challenged. Sometimes you need to be witnessed. Sometimes you need room to process. And sometimes you need someone to remind you who the hell you are.

Good mentorship knows the difference.

Support inside real life

Your patterns don't conveniently show up five minutes before our call.

They show up Tuesday afternoon when you're staring at the message you don't know how to answer.

Thursday morning when something you were excited about suddenly feels terrifying.

Friday afternoon when one thing goes sideways and you're convinced the whole plan needs to change.

“Chelsea... I know I'm doing the thing again.”

This is why our work doesn't exist only inside scheduled calls.

Over six months, I get to know you. Your patterns. Your language. The places you tend to disappear from yourself. The dreams you keep circling back to. The things you say you want and the moments when fear tries to talk you out of them.

We're not only talking about your life.
We're working together while you're living it.

Chelsea Reinbold
Private Mentorship

At some point, we stop talking about the life you want.

And we start creating it. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But one honest decision, one new response and one brave choice at a time.

Explore Private Mentorship
Imagine this instead

What if you stopped abandoning yourself in the moments that matter?

Not because you suddenly became fearless. Not because life stopped being complicated. And not because you learned how to control every outcome.

But because you became someone who knows how to stay connected to herself even when uncertainty, disappointment, fear or someone else's expectations enter the room.

What would become possible if you trusted yourself enough to actually live your life?

01.

You stop outsourcing every decision.

You can listen to advice without handing someone else the steering wheel. You stop asking five people what they think before allowing yourself to trust what you already know.

02.

You learn to pause before the automatic yes.

The request comes in and instead of immediately making yourself responsible for keeping everyone comfortable, you check in with yourself first. Your yes becomes honest. So does your no.

03.

One hard day stops becoming a complete identity crisis.

You don't miss one workout and disappear for three weeks. You don't have one slow launch and decide your business is failing. You don't have one difficult conversation and immediately question everything.

04.

You start making room for what you actually want.

The idea you've been talking yourself out of. The trip. The offer. The boundary. The relationship. The quiet morning. The bigger dream. It gets to move from someday into your actual life.

05.

You become someone you can rely on.

Not because you never change your mind or get scared, but because you stop disappearing from yourself every time things become uncomfortable.

Chelsea Reinbold
This isn't about becoming someone else

It's about coming back to the woman underneath all the shoulds.

The version of you underneath the roles you've learned to play.

Underneath being the dependable one. The strong one. The one who figures it out. The one who keeps everyone else okay.

Underneath the expectations you've inherited and the rules you've collected about what a good woman, partner, mother, entrepreneur, leader or human is supposed to look like.

Maybe you don't need to reinvent yourself.
Maybe you need to hear yourself again.

From there, we get to ask a completely different question.

Not, “Who should I become?”

But, “What would I create if I stopped needing permission?”

Because this isn't only about healing

You're allowed to actually enjoy the life you're creating.

We can spend years analyzing what's wrong, where it came from and what still needs to be worked on.

There is absolutely space here for the hard stuff. The grief. The fear. The old patterns. The uncomfortable truths.

But there is also space for desire. For pleasure. For celebration. For possibility. For laughing so hard you forget what you were worried about.

The point isn't to spend your entire life working on yourself. The point is to live.

Private Mentorship with Chelsea

Six months with someone deeply in your corner.

This is a high-touch private mentorship designed around you, not a predetermined curriculum you have to fit yourself into.

Your life becomes the curriculum.

We work with what's actually happening: the decisions, relationships, patterns, dreams, business, boundaries, identity shifts and real-life moments unfolding while we're together.

Six Months • Private • Personalized • High-Touch
03

Private calls every month

Three private mentorship calls each month give us enough proximity to stay connected to what's actually unfolding rather than spending every call catching up on the last four weeks.

18 Private Mentorship Calls Over Six Months

Private breathwork every month

Some things don't need to be talked through again. Our monthly private breathwork gives us another way to work with what you're carrying and create space for what wants to emerge.

YOU

A mentorship built around your actual life

There isn't a generic six-month roadmap I run every client through. We follow what's real, what's ready and what matters most to you, while keeping sight of the life you're intentionally creating.

Personalized From Beginning to End
The space between

The work doesn't stop when Zoom closes.

In many ways, that's when the most important part begins.

Because now you take what we're uncovering into your actual life. And life gives us somewhere to practice.

Text support means we don't always have to wait weeks to unpack something after the moment has already passed.

Tuesday • 1:42 PM

“I just got asked to do something and I can already feel myself wanting to say yes even though I don't want to.”

Wednesday • 11:18 AM

“Okay... I made the decision. Now I'm second-guessing everything.”

Thursday • 3:06 PM

“Something clicked after our call yesterday and I need to tell you.”

Friday • 4:21 PM

“I did the thing I would've talked myself out of six months ago.”

Why six months?

Because we're not chasing a temporary breakthrough.

Insight can happen in an hour. Living differently takes practice. Six months gives us room to notice, experiment, create, wobble, adjust and keep going.

The Beginning

We notice.

We begin getting curious about the patterns underneath the patterns. What do you want? Where do you leave yourself? What keeps repeating? What have you been tolerating? What are you ready to create?

The Middle

We practice.

Real life gives us opportunities to respond differently. We work with what comes up as you set boundaries, make decisions, take risks, create new rhythms and stop automatically choosing what's familiar.

The Becoming

You live it.

The goal isn't dependence on me. It's becoming increasingly able to hear yourself, trust yourself and make choices that are aligned with the life you're creating.

Six months can hold a lot

You don't have to have the whole vision figured out before we begin.

Sometimes the first step is simply admitting that the way you've been doing it isn't how you want to keep doing it. We can begin there.

Apply for Private Mentorship
There is room for all of you here

This work isn't either/or.

You don't have to choose between processing your past and creating your future. Between softness and accountability. Between honoring your nervous system and taking the brave next step.

01.

We can slow down.

When something needs space, we don't rush past it just so we can check another goal off the list.

02.

We can tell the truth.

About what isn't working. What you don't want anymore. What you're afraid to admit. And what you actually desire.

03.

We can challenge the pattern.

Compassion doesn't mean endlessly allowing the same pattern to make every decision. Sometimes love looks like naming what's happening clearly.

04.

And we can move.

When it's time to act, we act. You send the message. Make the offer. Set the boundary. Have the conversation. Book the trip. Take the next step.

More than mindset

Because you can't always think your way into a different life.

Sometimes your mind understands exactly what you want to do, while another part of you is still bracing for what might happen if you actually do it.

That's why our work isn't limited to talking about your thoughts or creating another strategy.

We can work with the conversation happening in your mind, what you're noticing in your body, the patterns underneath your automatic responses and the choices you're making in real life.

Insight matters.
But insight becomes powerful when you can live it.

Depending on what you need, our work may include coaching, breathwork, somatic awareness, subconscious pattern work, reflection, strategy, experimentation and a whole lot of honest conversation.

There isn't one tool that works for every moment. The work is learning what this moment is actually asking for.

Chelsea Reinbold facilitating
My role isn't to run your life

I don't want you leaving six months later needing me to make your decisions.

I want you to become more connected to your own voice.

More able to notice when fear is speaking. More willing to trust what you know. More capable of sitting with discomfort without immediately abandoning yourself to make it disappear.

I will give you my perspective. I will ask questions. I will point out what I'm seeing. I will challenge you when I believe you're hiding inside a familiar pattern.

But I am never here to become the authority over your life.

The goal is not to make you better at listening to me.
It's to help you get better at listening to you.

Chelsea Reinbold
Your mentor

Here to walk beside you, not live your life for you.

Hi, I'm Chelsea

And I care a lot less about who you think you should be.

I'm much more interested in meeting the person underneath all of that.

My own path into this work wasn't a perfectly planned career trajectory. I've moved through coaching, NLP, hypnosis, nervous-system work, somatics and breathwork because I kept wanting to understand something deeper:

Why can we know exactly what we want to change and still find ourselves repeating the same patterns?

That question has shaped the way I work.

I'm not interested in giving you a prettier version of the same pressure you've already been putting on yourself.

I don't need you to perform for me. I don't need every week to be productive. And I don't believe a difficult season means the work isn't working.

I want to know what's actually happening. I want the messy version. The part you're embarrassed to admit. The dream that feels too big. The thing you know you're avoiding. The win you almost minimized before you even celebrated it.

That's where we get to work.

An integrative approach

We use the tool that serves the human in front of us.

Our work can move between conversation, embodiment and action depending on what is actually useful in the moment.

Coaching + Mentorship

Honest conversation, reflection, perspective, accountability, decision-making and support as you create what's next.

Breath + Body

Breathwork and somatic awareness can give us another way to notice what may not be immediately available through conversation alone.

Patterns + Possibility

We can explore subconscious patterns and familiar responses while also keeping our eyes on what you want to build, experience and live.

The whole point

I don't want to become another voice you follow.

I want to help you turn the volume back up on your own.

So that when the six months are over, you're not standing there wondering what Chelsea thinks you should do next.

You're asking yourself.
And you're willing to trust the answer.

Apply for Private Mentorship
Before you apply

This work asks something of you, too.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need a perfect morning routine. And you definitely don't need to arrive as the most healed version of yourself.

This may be for you if...

You're ready to participate in your own life.

  • You know something needs to change, even if you can't completely articulate what that change looks like yet.
  • You're tired of understanding your patterns intellectually while continuing to repeat them.
  • You're willing to look at your blind spots without turning them into evidence that something is wrong with you.
  • You want support that can hold both the emotional work and the practical next step.
  • You're creating something: a business, a relationship, a new chapter, a different way of living, or simply a deeper relationship with yourself.
  • You're willing to practice choosing differently, even when the old way still feels familiar.
This probably isn't for you if...

You're looking for someone else to take the wheel.

  • You want someone to make every decision for you or tell you exactly how your life should look.
  • You're looking for a rigid step-by-step curriculum where everyone receives the exact same roadmap.
  • You want change without being willing to experiment with new choices outside of our conversations.
  • You're looking for constant access at all hours rather than support within clearly held boundaries.
  • You're seeking medical treatment, mental-health treatment, crisis support or another service outside the scope of coaching and mentorship.
The Investment

Six months of private support.

This is intentionally a small, high-touch part of my work so I can know the people I'm mentoring and be present inside the container we've created together.

Applying does not commit you to enrolling. It begins a conversation so we can both determine whether this is the right container for where you are and where you want to go.

What happens next?

This begins with a conversation.

Private mentorship is personal. I want us both to have an opportunity to feel into whether working together makes sense before we make a six-month commitment.

1

Apply

Tell me a little about where you are, what you're navigating and what you're hoping to create.

2

Schedule

After submitting your application, you'll be invited to schedule a private conversation with me.

3

Let's talk

We'll talk about what's happening, what you want and whether this mentorship feels like the right next step for both of us.

This isn't an audition. You don't need to convince me that you're worthy of support.

Questions you might be holding

Before you apply...

Yes. You don't need a perfectly articulated six-month vision before we begin. Sometimes figuring out what you actually want is part of the work. What matters more is that you're willing to get curious and participate in the process.

It can absolutely include your business if that's part of what you're navigating, but this isn't exclusively business coaching. We work with the human behind the business too: your decisions, patterns, boundaries, capacity, relationships, identity and the life you're building around the work.

You'll have access to text support Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 5 PM Eastern. This is a space to bring what's happening between our calls: questions, patterns you're noticing, decisions, wins, wobbles or moments when having another perspective would be supportive.

Text support is not emergency or crisis support, and the boundaries around availability allow me to stay genuinely present when I'm inside the space with you.

It can be. Many people enter mentorship already having substantial self-awareness. This isn't about starting over. We can build from what you already understand and focus on how that awareness translates into the choices you're making in your actual life.

No. Private Mentorship is coaching and mentorship and is not psychotherapy, medical care, mental-health treatment or crisis support. You can absolutely work with an appropriate licensed healthcare or mental-health professional alongside mentorship when that support is right for you.

Six months is the initial commitment. As we approach the end of our time together, we'll look at where you are and what feels supportive next.

If we both feel there is more we'd like to explore together, continuing our work can be discussed. There is no expectation that you have to continue.

Private Mentorship is $6,000 paid in full or six monthly payments of $1,100.

No. Your application simply gives me context before we speak. After you apply, you'll schedule a private conversation with me. From there, we'll decide whether working together feels aligned for both of us.

Private Mentorship Application

You don't have to know exactly where this leads.

You can begin with what you know right now.

What's no longer working. What keeps repeating. What you've been craving. What you can't stop thinking about. Or simply the feeling that you're ready for something to be different.

One last question

What if your life didn't need another year of waiting?

Not because six months will magically make life perfect. It won't.

But six months is a lot of mornings. A lot of decisions. A lot of opportunities to stop automatically choosing what's familiar.

A lot of chances to hear yourself. Trust yourself. Say the thing. Set the boundary. Create the offer. Change your mind. Try again. Celebrate what is working. And actually let yourself live some of the life you've been thinking about.

So maybe the question isn't
“Am I ready to become someone different?”

Maybe it's:

“Am I ready to stop leaving myself behind?”
