Meet Chelsea

I didn't find this work because I had everything figured out.

I found it because I needed a different way to live.

A way that wasn't built around pushing harder, performing better, or trying to think my way through every pattern. A way that brought me back into my body, my breath, my own voice, and eventually, into a life that felt like mine.

This work was never about becoming a better version of myself. It became about learning how to stop abandoning the woman I already was.

The Story Behind the Work

None of this happened in a straight line.

My path into this work wasn't a carefully mapped-out career plan. It was a series of moments that kept asking me to go deeper.

Before the certifications, the academy, the retreats, and the breathwork journeys, there were years of learning what it meant to listen to myself again.

My professional path moved from bartending into coaching, NLP and hypnosis, nervous-system work, somatics, and eventually breathwork. Each layer gave me another way to understand why we can consciously know what we want and still find ourselves repeating the same patterns.

And breathwork wasn't love at first sight in the way you might expect.

My first experience felt almost like I'd had five shots of tequila, without actually being drunk. It was intense, strange, fascinating, and completely unlike anything I'd experienced before.

So naturally, I went back.

And the second time?

I felt almost nothing.

That contrast made me even more curious.

I didn't want to learn a technique.
I wanted to understand what was happening underneath it.

That curiosity became study. Study became practice. Practice became embodiment. And eventually, embodiment became the foundation for how I teach, facilitate, mentor, and create spaces for other people.

Along the way, I stopped believing that transformation happens because someone gives us the perfect answer.

I began believing something much more powerful: when we create enough space to actually hear ourselves, our own wisdom gets a whole lot louder.

Healing was never supposed to become another full-time job.
What All of This Taught Me

The point isn't to spend your entire life working on yourself.

There was a time when I thought growth meant constantly finding the next thing to fix, understand, process, or improve.

But at some point, healing can quietly become another form of performance.

Another way to tell ourselves we're not ready yet. Not healed enough yet. Not regulated enough yet. Not confident enough yet.

The point of doing this work is not to become perfect.
The point is to become available for your life.

Available for joy. For relationships. For desire. For rest. For risk. For creating something that matters to you. For changing your mind. For taking the trip. For building the business. For laughing until your stomach hurts.

The point is to live.

That's what sits underneath everything I create now.

What I Believe

The principles underneath the work.

Different containers. Different people. Different seasons. But these are the beliefs I keep coming back to.

01

Regulation creates freedom.

Regulation isn't about being calm all the time. It's having enough capacity to stay connected to yourself while life is actually happening.

02

Your body belongs in the conversation.

Insight matters. Understanding matters. But sometimes the mind understands something long before the rest of us knows how to live differently.

03

Embodiment matters more than performance.

I'm far less interested in whether you can say all the right things than whether the life you're living actually feels aligned with what you say you want.

04

Desire gets to be part of healing.

We don't only have to look backward at what hurt. We also get to look forward and ask what we want to create, experience, feel, and become available for.

05

You are allowed to trust yourself.

A mentor, coach, teacher, or facilitator should never become the authority over your life. Good support helps you hear your own voice more clearly, not replace it.

06

Life gets to be the practice.

The work isn't only what happens during a session or breathwork journey. It's what happens when you have the conversation, set the boundary, make the choice, rest, begin, leave, stay, create, and live.

The Thread Through Everything

Regulation creates freedom.
And freedom gives you more choice in how you live.

How I Hold This Work

I'm not interested in becoming the authority over your life.

Whether I'm facilitating a breathwork journey, mentoring someone privately, training a new facilitator, or holding a room on retreat, my role isn't to tell someone who they should become.

It's to create enough safety, honesty, challenge, curiosity, and space for them to hear themselves.

Sometimes that means witnessing. Sometimes it means asking a harder question. Sometimes it means slowing everything down. Sometimes it means reminding someone that they already know more than they think they do.

Because ultimately, I don't want you to need me forever.
I want you to become more deeply connected to you.

Training + Experience

Curiosity became a body of work.

I believe deeply in lived experience. I also believe the people we support deserve practitioners who continue learning, practicing, and expanding their capacity to hold space.

My approach today is informed by years of study across breathwork, nervous-system work, somatics, trauma-informed practice, NLP, hypnosis, coaching, and embodiment.

I don't see these as separate tools sitting in different boxes. They've become different lenses through which I understand patterns, protection, possibility, and what it can look like to create meaningful change in real life.

What This Work Has Become

There isn't only one way into this work.

Some people meet me because they need a place to breathe. Some are ready to create a different relationship with themselves. Some want close mentorship. Some feel called to facilitate. And some are ready to step away from everyday life and experience what becomes possible on retreat.

One Last Thing

You don't need another person telling you who to become.

My hope is that something you experience here brings you closer to the version of you who already knows what matters.

Maybe that happens through one breath. Maybe through a conversation. Maybe in a room full of people. Maybe while building the thing you can't stop thinking about.

However you arrive, the invitation underneath all of it is the same: come back to yourself, listen closely, and then go live.

I'm glad you're here. 🤍
