There are seasons when you have an hour to drop deeply into your body. And there are days when you have ten minutes between everything else life is asking of you.
Both count.
Embodied Breath was created to give you a space you can return to in both.
A place to breathe when your mind won't stop moving. To make space for what you've been holding. To reconnect when you feel far away from yourself. To move emotion when words aren't enough.
And sometimes, to simply lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself be held for a little while.
There is no streak to maintain. No falling behind. No perfect way to use this membership.
You come when you need it.
Whether you join us live or press play on a practice from the library, Embodied Breath gives you somewhere intentional to meet yourself exactly as you are.
Some days you want the depth of a full journey. Other days, ten intentional minutes is exactly what you need. You have access to both.
Come breathe with me live throughout the month for guided, full-length breathwork journeys designed to give you space to feel, release, reconnect, and return.
Can't make it live? Want to revisit a journey that met you exactly where you needed it? Your membership includes access to a growing collection of full breathwork experiences you can return to on your own time.
Sometimes you don't have 45 minutes. You have eight. Inside you'll find shorter 8–20 minute breath meditations for the moments when you need support without rearranging your entire day.
Your membership lives inside the Embodied Breath school, giving you a space for connection, reflection, and integration alongside the practices themselves.
You don't need to attend every live journey.
You don't need to breathe for an hour every time.
You don't need to work through the library in order or turn your breathwork practice into another item on your to-do list.
This space is here to support your life, not become another thing you have to perform.
Breathwork has been one of the most powerful ways I've learned to come back into my body, move what words couldn't always reach, and create space between what I'm feeling and what I do next.
But I also know what happens when something that's supposed to support us starts feeling like another thing we're supposed to be doing perfectly.
I don't want that for you here.
I want Embodied Breath to be somewhere you can come when life feels loud, when you're moving through something, when you want to go deeper, or when you simply want an hour where you don't have to hold everything.
You don't need to show up a certain way. You just get to show up as you are.
